Irish Winter Festival 2009
The 2009 Irish Winter Festival is back and expected to attract both world class players and a world class prize pool estimated to reach €1,000,000!!!
You can qualify online with William Hill Poker and be in with a chance of winning a pot of gold by competing against the contingent in Dublin, Ireland.
Winners of Irish Winter Festival Super Satellites will win a prize package valued at $4,000 and play in the Main Event from Oct 24th – Oct 26th, 2009.
The package includes:
- €1,500 + €150 (approx $2,200) buy-in to the Main Event.
- €360 (approx $510) for 4 nights’ accommodation (Oct 23rd – Oct 27th, 2009) for qualifiers and their guest, at the City west Hotel in Dublin.
- €100 (approx $140) for an Irish Winter Party scheduled for Friday, October 23rd, 2009.
- Up to $1,025 for flights & spending.
- Package Dates – Oct 23rd – Oct 27th, 2009.
Weekly Super Satellites will be played on Sundays at 21:00 with a buy-in of $200+$15 (Freezeout). The Minimum number of players in the Super Satellites is 20. Satellites will start on May 11th, 2009. The first Super Satellite is on May 17th, 2009. The last Super Satellite is on Oct 11th, 2009.

The first prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat.
By playing or winning the Irish Winter Festival super satellite you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Dublin Ireland, in order to play at the Irish Winter Festival event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.
